BONITA SPRINGS, FL: Seafood Treasures is back for the summer at Tarpon Bay Restaurant and better than ever. Enjoy a four-course seafood dinner for two plus a bottle of wine for $70 per couple (plus tax and gratuity). Seafood Treasures is available now through October 4, 2014 with exceptions of July 4-6 and August 29-31, 2014. Tarpon Bay Restaurant is located at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs, FL.
Your dining experience begins with our house-made fresh ceviche followed by Tarpon Bay’s Summer Salad of mixed baby greens, grilled juicy pineapple, crunchy slivered almonds, carrot ribbons and a drizzle of creamy green peppercorn and lemon vinaigrette. For your entrée, enjoy Chef’s Fresh Catch prepared to your liking whether grilled, blackened or pan seared, complimented with a tropical fruit salsa, sautéed vegetables and lemongrass scented jasmine rice. Pair your fresh catch with a bottle of Canvas wine from our wine cellar. Select from a California Cabernet Sauvignon, California Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, or Pinot Noir. Your dining experience is completed with dessert, a seasonal summer fruit pie, a la mode.
Guests can enjoy live jazz at Tarpon Bay on Friday and Saturday evenings.
