All venues are conveniently located on the first floor, as is our loading dock, and we offer a stand-alone meeting planning office.
To ensure every event meets and exceeds your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Calusa Ballroom and Terrace
The anchor of our function areas, this grand ballroom offers more than 14,000 square feet of elegant meeting space. Accented by graceful chandeliers, warm colors and soaring ceilings more than 22 feet high, any meeting held in this expansive venue is sure to be a success. Open an industry convention with a multi-media display to more than 1,800 in a theater setting, taking full advantage of our many hang points and mezzanine level. Commemorate a corporate milestone with a formal banquet and entertainment for more than 1,000 guests. The ballroom can also be divided into as many as eight sections, making it flexible for groups of varying sizes and needs.
Adjoining the ballroom are the Calusa pre-function area and Terrace. Welcome attendees with a continental breakfast buffet, or set up coffee break stations with different themes at each table. The Terrace overlooks the impressive grounds, creating a beautiful backdrop for cocktail parties or casual dining.
Estero Ballroom and Terrace
This junior ballroom offers a classic setting for mid-sized events with more than 7,000 square feet of space. As a single space, Estero can accommodate up to 375 in a classroom format, or over 800 in a theater set up. Divide the ballroom into three sections, using two for breakout meetings in a U-shape format for 30 and the other for a delicious luncheon with plenty of room for comfortable seating arrangements. The adjacent Terrace and pre-function spaces are ideal for event registration areas, information tables or break areas.
Blue Heron / Great Egret
Located next to the Calusa Ballroom, these two similar rooms are ideally positioned to serve as breakout venues from events taking place in the main ballroom. Set up teams in a Hollow-Square formation for 14 in each of the six salons for an inter-departmental competition, or create VIP meeting areas.
Sanibel / Captiva / Pine
Choose any or all of these venues for intimate gatherings up to 150 guests. Invite 100 clients to a private cocktail party or honor your top sales team in an awards banquet for 90.
Ibis / Executive Boardrooms
These classically styled boardrooms offer stately wood meeting tables, executive leather chairs and luxurious amenities for VIP gatherings. The Executive Boardroom also features a built-in screen, and both offer buffet areas for working luncheon set ups.
Royal Palm / Cypress Courtyards
Create a themed banquet, receptions or team building exercises, or invigorate attendees with games and a breath of fresh air during a meeting break. These two lush outdoor areas offer memorable settings for social events and meetings.
